Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
You are entitled to a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. During this time, you can initiate a return request provided that the bike has not been ridden. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Coverage:
Components: Most components are covered under warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase.
Motors and Controllers: These are covered for three years on models from 2024 onwards, and two years for earlier models.
Warranty claims do not cover labor costs. However, we offer complimentary technical support that can assist both you and your mechanic.
Motor Replacement Terms:
Within 120 days of purchase, motor replacements are processed with no deductible and shipping is free.
After 120 days, a deductible of $49.95 applies for motor replacements, and shipping costs will be charged.
To start a return, you must contact us at Support@Cyberbike.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is 15 % restocking fee on purchase value and customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or inoperable and cannot be made operable within a reaosnable timeframe by having a bike mechanic perform service upon your Cyberbike, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately to report the issue and begin the replacement process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
